The original music video for Miley’s song was so ridiculous that it was inevitable that it was going to be parodied.
And so here is that parody (one of many) that, while silly, doesn’t seem much more outrageous than the original vid.
Finally! Somebody’s had the decency to take Alanis Morissette’s 90s hit “Ironic” and actually made the lyrics ironic.
But maybe that was Alanis’ finally act of irony, making the song lyrics un-ironic. Oh the ironing!

Teaser trailer for a film about singer and provocateur MIA, whose father was a revolutionary, a Tamil Tiger, often considered a terrorist organization.
The film features famous talking heads discussing MIA’s penchant for being outspoken and causing controversy. Sadly, after releasing this the director then quit, so we’ll never get to see it.
